NEWSLETTER DESCRIPTION
As a public service, the Town of Wilmington sends an E-Newsletter to those who have asked to receive it.
The “Wilmington Weekly” Newsletter is usually sent on Fridays and contains public notices, agendas, draft minutes, reminders, news notes, upcoming events, etc.
The Selectboard regularly meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month but occasionally schedule special meetings. Special notices may occasionally be sent for something that is urgent.
These informational mailings are sent out as a way to keep citizens informed. This notification is not required in order to have a legal meeting. Notices are also posted on this website, usually at the same time they are sent out. Failure to post a meeting on this website or newsletter does not make the meeting illegal so long as all necessary warnings have been posted.
Legal notices are posted on the bulletin board in the town office, on the C & S Convenience Store bulletin board, and on the River Valley Market bulletin board.
Each newsletter e-mail will have an unsubscribe option at the bottom if you no longer want to receive the newsletter and a link to change your profile if you change your email address.
