Permit Application 2025-191 at 6 Beaver Street, Parcel 20-22-25 by Six Trinity, LLC to repair the roof of an existing multiunit residential structure in the Village District and in the Village and Historic Design Review Overlay Districts. The existing mixed slate and asphalt shingle roof would be replaced with uniform asphalt shingles.
This hearing is warned in accordance with the Vermont Planning and Development Act (24 VSA § 4464). Participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to any subsequent appeal.
