AGENDA

1. Visitors, Public Comments, Possible Changes to the Agenda
2. Approve minutes of August 18, September 15 and 29, 2026 (2 minutes)
3. Action Items (10 minutes)
   • The Selectboard to possibly approve the winter salt bid from Eastern Salt at $103.62/ton.
   • The Selectboard to possibly appoint an official designee to cast the PACIF mail-in ballot.
   • The Selectboard to possibly appoint Jessica Hammond to the Recreation Commission for a 4-year term expiring in 2030.
   • The Selectboard to appoint a tax sale representative
4. 1% Local Option Tax (20 minutes)
   • The Selectboard to possibly approve a request from Wilmington Works in the amount of $50,000 for a Marketing and Technical Assistance Grant Program
   • The Selectboard to possibly approve a request from the Living History Association in the amount of $2655 for the Timeline event that took place on October 2-4, 2026
5. Water/Sewer Commission (20 minutes)
   • The Water/Sewer Commission to possibly approve Aldrich & Elliott for consulting with Bridge #31.
6. Other Business/Correspondence
   • NIMS training October 22 from noon-4 pm
