- Call to Order / Changes to the agenda
- Approval of the Minutes of August 3, 2026.
- Board to review and approve the proposed change of adding “Board introductions” to the Meeting Sequence of the Wilmington Board of Civil Authority Rules of Procedure for Property Tax Assessment Appeal Hearings.
- Chair to follow the “Meeting Sequence” from the BCA Rules of Procedure to introduce the Board of Civil Authority, take oaths of appellants and assessor, and to declare conflicts of interest.

- Board to assign inspection teams to be completed within 30 days. An appeal will be considered withdrawn if, after notice, the appellant refuses to allow an inspection of the property including the interior and exterior of any structure on the property. 32 V.S.A. §4404(c)(1).
- Board to choose a date to resume the recessed hearings to hear inspection reports and complete deliberations.
- Chair will recess the hearings until the proposed next date.
