  1. Visitors, Public Comments, Possible Changes to the Agenda
  2. Approve minutes of August 18 and September 8, 2026 (2 minutes)
  3. Action Items (10 minutes)
    • The Selectboard to possibly authorize the Town Manager to accept a bid and execute an agreement for the ADA ramp at Memorial Hall.
    • The Selectboard to possibly approve the private road name Mirror Lake Crossing off of Gatehouse Trail.
    • The Selectboard to approve the sand bid from Zaluzny in the amount of $26.50/cy
  4. Liquor Commission (5 minutes)

The Liquor Commission to possibly approve

    • A Second-Class renewal for Stewarts Shops
    • A Request to Cater for WI Foster for an event at Brookbound on 10/3/26 from 3:30-10:30 pm

    • The Selectboard to possibly enter executive session for the purpose of discussing real estate matters.
