   • 1% Trail Budget requested and approved by Selectboard ($19,000)
8. Hoot, Toot & Whistle (HTW) update
   • GRH donation
   • Oil Spill observed 1/21/2026, west of closed trail area
   • HTW Fundraising efforts – update
   • Parking area – to be planned
   • Rotary grant – possibly for kiosk at parking area
   • Hermitage update
9. Work Bee plans/priorities -Raponda Ridge culvert issue
