Zoning Permit Application #2026-014 at 441 Coldbrook Road (Parcel 02-02-069.000) by Cold Brook Properties, LLC for the expansion of an existing Lodging facility in the Residential zoning district. The proposed development would consist of the construction of five Lodging cabins with a total of 15 bedrooms, as well as appurtenant driveways, wastewater systems, and potable water utilities.
After-the-fact Zoning Permit Application #2025-138 at 220 Lake Raponda Road (Parcel 23-21-53.000), by Nicholas and Heather Oldfield, for the expansion of a Single-Family Dwelling in the Residential zoning district and in the Shoreland Protection Area. The completed work replaced an existing front access ramp that extended into the right-of-way with a larger staircase, increased the overall footprint of the building and decks, increased the height of the structure, and added a basement laundry room. The expansion encroaches further into the building’s setback from the rear property boundary, increasing the degree of the pre-existing non-conformity. The applicant is requesting an after-the-fact dimensional waiver from setback requirements.
This hearing is warned in accordance with the Vermont Planning and Development Act (24 VSA § 4464). Participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to any subsequent appeal.
