The applicant proposes to expand the existing campground use to increase the number of tent sites, restore use of a cabin for overnight cabin, and demolish another existing cabin.

The applicant proposes to complete improvements along the westernmost length of the Hoot, Toot, and Whistle Trail by installing leveling trail surfaces and installing water crossings and similar trail structures.
