Necessity Resolution PSF Solar

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Wilmington Selectboard will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 8:15 am in the town hall meeting room.

Agenda:

1. Visitors, public comments, changes to agenda
2. Public Safety Facility Solar Array (10 minutes)

• The Selectboard to hold an informational hearing to obtain a general obligation bond, for the purpose of building a solar array on the Public Safety Facility rooftop. 

3. Resolution of Necessity for Capital Construction Project (10 minutes)

• The Selectboard to approve the Resolution of Necessity for Capital Construction Project as presented, for the purpose of making certain infrastructure improvements, namely, constructing a solar array on the rooftop of the Public Safety Building, located at 40 Beaver Street, and to pay related professional fees and project costs (the “Project”) at an estimated capital cost of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000);
