Conditional Change of Use Application 2025-167 at 211 VT Route 9 East, Parcel 21-22-63 in the Commercial-Residential Zoning District by VT 211, LLC to open a restaurant with maximum occupancy of 45 in the existing mixed-use structure on the property.
Conditional Change of Use Application 2025-171 at 20 Kidner Lane, Parcel 03-04-21 in the Commercial-Residential Zoning District by Joshua Lopez to host Short-term Rental use in the existing 5-bedroom single family dwelling on the property.
Conditional Structural Alteration Application 2025-170 at 14 West Main Street, Parcel 20-20-085 by the Town of Wilmington to modify two existing wooden decks and rehabilitate the windows of Memorial Hall. The Memorial Hall property is located in the Village District, the Historic Design Review Overlay, and the Special Flood Hazard Area.
