The Selectboard of Wilmington, Vermont, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to 20 V.S.A. § 3546 on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 11:45 a.m., at 2 East Main Street, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, Wilmington, Vermont 05363 to hear evidence and receive testimony on a complaint of a “vicious dog” named Derek owned/kept by Robbie Lordi presently residing at 29 Cornell Way, Wilmington, Vermont.
This hearing will be open to the public to attend, but it is not open to public comment. Only those offering evidence in the above-stated matter will be allowed to participate.
