Sign Permit Application #2026-006 at 87 East Main Street, Parcel 21-22-39, in the Commercial/Residential Zoning District by Stewart’s Shops Corporation. The applicant requests a waiver from the provision of the Wilmington Zoning Ordinance which prohibits internally illuminated signs.

Zoning Permit Application #2026-012 at 16 South Main Street, Parcel 20-22-24, in the Village Zoning District and in the Historic Design Review Overlay by the Pettee Memorial Library. The applicant proposes to construct a storage shed.
