Zoning Permit Application #2026-001 at 10 Gatehouse Trail and 171 Gatehouse Trail, Parcels HAYSTACK.SKI, HSCHAMON.SKI, and 01-01-07, by Hermitage Members Club, Inc for modifications to an existing Planned Unit Development in the Resort-Commercial/Residential zoning district. Proposed development includes the construction of a ski lift and terminals, the construction of a permanent Ski Patrol facility, and the construction of an additional four-family residential structure in the Grenoble development.

Appeal for Reconsideration of DRB conditions issued for Case #2025-167 at 211 VT Route 9 East, Parcel 21-22-63, by VT 211, LLC for the addition of Restaurant Use in the Commercial/Residential zoning district.
