Conditional Use Zoning Permit Application #2025-198 at 22 Stowe Hill Road, Parcel 21-20-16, in the Commercial-Residential Zoning District by Deerfield Valley Rescue, Inc. to add secondary Utility Facility use to existing uses. A portion of the principal structure would be converted to a fiberoptic communications facility, which would be operated by DVFiber.
Conditional “Use Not Provided For” Zoning Permit Application #2025-200 at 123 West Main Street, Parcel 20-20-31, in the Village Zoning District by 123 W Main -2019, LLC to change the property use to a Kennel. The existing principal structure would be converted to a pet day care and boarding facility, which would be operated by Tails on Trails, LLC.
