Zoning Applications

Download and open with Adobe Reader (free) to fill this application online, then email it to jroberts@wilmingtonvt.us with your site plan attached (if applicable).  Alternatively, you can also print these applications and mail or deliver them to the Zoning office.  Pre-printed applications are available outside of the Zoning office at Town Hall.

**Please send in a check or money order with your mailed application.  The zoning administrator will make arrangements with you for the permit “P” poster.  Alternatively, you can pay in person by making an appt with the zoning administrator and pick up your permit “P” poster at the same time
